PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL HOLDS FIRST MEETING

National Vice President Soror Imani Canty convened the first meeting of the President's Council in May. The Council was formed by President and Executive Director Dr. Althia F. Ali in response to concerns expressed by chapter presidents at the April 2009 Founding Week Teleconference.

Through the Council, Chapter Presidents share information and ideas to move their chapters forward. The Council meets after each regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors.
